As a general medical practice, we also provide a range of services that support this goal. These are included below after our billing policy:
BILLING POLICY
Billing policy update effective from 1st January 2025
- Bulk billing is available with some doctors please check individual profiles
- We bulk bill the following patients during normal hours Monday-Friday from 9:00 through to last appointment at 4:50pm
- Children < 16 yrs
- Concession and Pension card holders
- DVA card holders Gold only (White for approved conditions only)
- Routine Scripts written routinely by our doctors
Notes:
- Full Private fee (without rbate) applies if the patient is not physically present during consultation
- Repeat and lost scripts, medical certificate without consult will attract private fee. Lost scripts will be at the patient's expense.

Cancellation policy
We require at least 4 working hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- If notice is not provided:
- A $50 fee applies to standard appointments.
- Higher fees apply to longer or specialized appointments.
